Conditions for the Reutlinger Kärtle and the Paper Vouchers
The following conditions apply to both those from the
StaRT City Marketing
and Tourism Reutlingen GmbH

(digital gift cards ("Reutlinger Kärtle" / "Karte") issued by the ("Publisher") as well as for the vouchers issued in the past in paper form ("Paper Vouchers").
- The card can be purchased at participating retail locations. The overview of retail locations is available atwww.visitreutlingen.deviewable. When selling, the sales point acts on behalf of and in the name of the publisher.
- Card and paper vouchers can be used to pay for goods and services in euros at participating retail locations ("acceptance points"). The list of acceptance points can be found atwww.visitreutlingen.deavailable.
- The publisher can change the list of acceptance locations at any time. There is no entitlement to redemption at a specific establishment.
- A payout of the balance (including partial amounts) is excluded.
- Paper vouchers can only be redeemed at acceptance locations that explicitly allow this (see website). Redemption after 12/31/2026 is excluded.
- The card can be loaded with a maximum of €250, the minimum amount is €5. The card is not rechargeable.
- The available balance can be checked at the terminal of the acceptance point or online atwww.visitreutlingen.decan be queried.
- The publisher assumes no liability for loss, theft, damage, illegibility, or unauthorized use. Blocking the card is not possible.
- Objections or complaints arising from the contractual relationship with an acceptance point must be made directly there.
- The card and paper voucher are not personalized and can be freely transferred.
- The card is valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase. After that, the credit expires. Deviating information (e.g., on receipts) is invalid.
- German law applies.
