Balance inquiry
Simply check your balance. On the back of your gift card, you will find the card number and the security number (SNR; under the scratch-off area). Enter this information into the corresponding fields and, if necessary, confirm that you are not a robot. Click on the button "Start balance inquiry" and your gift card balance (as of the previous day 11:59 PM) will be displayed.
