Your lovable tasks:

  • You manage and handle all administrative HR processes from entry to exit (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, certificates).

  • You maintain and manage the personnel master data as well as the digital personnel files.

  • You assist with the preliminary payroll processing.

  • You process vacation requests, sick notifications, and keep the time management system up to date.

  • You are the contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters.

  • You create certificates, evaluations, and statistics

  • You organize team events

  • You are actively involved in personnel development.

  • You participate in HR projects and contribute ideas to optimize our processes.

That's why we love YOU:

  • completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or further education in human resources

  • first experience in personnel clerical work or personnel administration

  • Basic knowledge of labor, social security, and payroll tax law

  • proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus

  • structured, reliable, and independent working style

  • Enjoyment in supporting colleagues in a service-oriented manner
