What is the Reutlinger Jobkärtle?
The gift voucher cards made from recycled PVC can be conveniently reloaded online by you at any time (optionally even automated up to 12 times per year) and are therefore particularly sustainable. Through the online reporting tool, you always keep track of card top-ups and remaining balances. Billing is done weekly via SEPA mandate. The balance on the card can be redeemed at all participating businesses in Reutlingen, including two gas stations and a drugstore. The Jobkärtle can be loaded as a tax-free benefit in kind of up to €50.00 per month or up to €60.00 for special occasions for employees.

- Please send an email to seume@start-reutlingen.de expressing your interest in the Reutlingen Jobkärtle.
- We will promptly prepare the contract documents, master data, and a SEPA direct debit mandate and send these documents to you.
- After receiving the signed documents, we will set up your employer account, personalize the cards, and initiate their order.
- After approximately 4 weeks, you will be set up as an employer in the system and can from that point onwards issue, manage, and independently top up the employer vouchers.
The respective recharge amounts are collected through the weekly clearing. Of course, we will train you in advance on the secure use of the online portal.
Obtaining employer vouchers directly through StaRT, or via the online shop (single-use cards)
Alternatively, you can continue to order vouchers for your employees via email as before. However, these vouchers can only be used once and are not rechargeable. In this case, just let us know the number of cards and the desired amounts. The loading is done by StaRT. The vouchers along with the invoice will be sent to you by mail after prepayment or after granting a SEPA direct debit mandate, or they will be available for pickup at the Tourist Information at Marktplatz 14.
