Where? Around the Linden Fountainin downtown Reutlingen
The experience market brings the apple right into the city center. Regional producers, clubs, and institutions invite you to taste, learn, and participate.

Traveling Tree Rally in the Downtown Area
- Set out in search of the twelve wandering trees in Spreuerhofstraße, Rebentalstraße, and around Nikolaikirche.
- At every tree, an apple question awaits you. Enter the answers on the rally card, which you can get for free at the Tourist Information (Marktplatz 14).
- Did you find the solution word? Hand in the card at the Tourist Information and look forward to a little surprise!

September 17 at 5 PM:Public tour with Diplom-Agricultural Biologist Dr. Christoph Allgaier on the topic “Apple Abundance – Variety of Cultivars in Our Region.” Cost contribution: 5 €
September 18 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM:Program for 4–6-year-olds with Janina Vanhöfen on the topic "Habitat Orchard Meadow". Fee: 2 €

3. Lucas Festival in Pomology
September 20 from 10 AM to 7 PM: Orchard fruit market, fruit variety exhibition, variety identification, church service, awarding of the Lucas Medal, and a varied supporting program.
Homemade Puff Pastry – Apple Delight from the Bakery
On 09/16 from 4 to 6 PM:How is a truly great puff pastry made? In the baking workshop at Bio-Bäckerei Berger, you get a behind-the-scenes look and learn step by step how this classic with its delicate layers is created. Afterwards, you’ll work with the homemade puff pastry using sweet and savory fillings – of course, also with fresh seasonal apples. Look forward to authentic baking craftsmanship, practical tips, and plenty of enjoyment. Naturally, you’ll take your self-baked delicacies home with you at the end.
