Our Beach-lingen
The summer will be musical and artistic: The Citybeach at the Marienkirche becomes "our Beach-lingen." Every Thursday in July, the Citybeach will turn into a place for music and art from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Whether singer-songwriter, artist, or creative professional – we invite Reutlingen musicians and artists to fill the city center with their art.
What is it about?
- Revitalize Citybeach and provide Reutlingen artists with a stage
- Two live acts per evening
- Every Thursday in July 2026
- 90 minutes of playing time per act (including setup and teardown)
- No stage – but plenty of atmosphere right at or on the city beach
- Completely without electricity – unplugged & authentic

Times:5:00 PM – 6:30 PM & 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Performance time per act: approx. 90 minutes including changeover).

Who can participate?
- All artists who want to perform live and unplugged – whether music, art, or performance.
When will I find out if I can perform?
- If you are selected, we will contact you in due time. Please block the date in your calendar already, in case you are selected.
Is there a stage?
- No – the game is played directly at Citybeach, at eye level with the audience.
How long can I perform?
- The first show is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and the second from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Setup and teardown are included and should be taken into account.
Is electricity available on site?
- No – please prepare for aperformance without electricity before.
What do I need to bring myself?
- Everything you need for your performance: instruments, microphones, stools, etc.
Is there support available for GEMA registration?
- If you play songs subject to GEMA fees, please inform us using the form – we will assist you and take care of it.
