Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, they are entitled to the following right of withdrawal in the event of a contract conclusion:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You can use theModel withdrawal formuse, which is not mandatory, however.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of fourteen days.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
